Derbani — Terms of Use

Effective date: 2026-10-07 · Version: 1.0

These terms are an agreement between you and Laith Adnan Atieh Muhaisen ("we") about using the Derbani app and website. By using Derbani you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

Derbani uses AI to enhance photos you choose (sharpness, light, resolution, old-photo restoration). Results are produced automatically: they can differ from the original, may add or change small details, and are not always better. The service is currently free and may have daily limits, queues or pauses (for example when our processing computer is offline). We may change, limit or stop features at any time.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old. You must follow the law where you live.

3. Your photos stay yours

You keep all rights to the photos you upload and the results you receive. You give us only the permission needed to store, process and return them to you as described in the Privacy Policy — and nothing else: we do not publish them, sell them or use them to train AI.

4. What you must not do

You may only upload photos you have the right to use. Do not use Derbani to:

5. Results and responsibility

Results are provided "as is". Check a result before relying on it, and do not use enhanced photos as evidence, for official documents or for identity verification. You are responsible for how you use and share results.

6. Liability

To the extent Jordanian law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost data or photos (keep your own originals — we delete ours within days), or for interruptions of the free service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your account and data at any time: Settings → Delete my account and data, or see derbani.com/delete-account. We may close accounts that break these terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For important changes we will tell you in the app before they apply; continuing to use Derbani after that means you accept the new terms.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Disputes go to the competent courts of Amman. Please contact us first — most problems are solved by email.
